That award would most certainly go to Oprah Winfrey.
The talk show host ranks numero uno on the Forbes Most Powerful Celebrity list for 2007-2008 (for the second time may I add). The lady has more financial chutzpah than Steve Jobs’ Apple brainchild, with women scrambling to get everything on her list of must-haves.
Oprah, as the title of the post hints, is believed to have had a chin implant surgery to enhance her face. This speculation was regrettably squashed along with other cosmetic surgery rumors like a breast lift surgery and a liposuction.
What cosmetic surgeons don’t buy is Oprah’s stance on plastic surgery for herself which she constantly keeps denying. She insists that the first thing she’ll do after having a chin enhancement or any other body altering procedure is shout it out to her fans.
Now if we were to believe every celebrity who promised us that wherever would we be!
For a woman who is in the public eye as much as Oprah is, a chin surgery wouldn’t be an abnormality. Oprah’s chin does look more defined now than 10 years ago when she appeared on the cover of Time magazine as a character from a movie she was filming at that time.
The change is remarkable and very comely for her age (54).

To Whom It May Concern:
I just ran across an article you wrote on Chin Surgery Beverly Hills entitled The Most Powerful Chin Implant in the World posted June 30, 2008, http://chinsurgerybeverlyhills.blogspot.com/2008/06/most-powerful-chin-implant-in-world_30.html, and I would like to raise an issue that is of concern to Selling Power magazine, which is the use of our trademark.
The word "Selling Power" is sometimes erroneously used as a synonym for sales effectiveness. For example, your article states: "The lady has more selling power than Steve Jobs' Apple brainchild with women scrambling to get everything on her list of must-haves." We do not condone such uses of our trademark.
As a practical matter, when you describe sales effectiveness, there are a wide range of terms available such as: sales excellence, sales savvy, sales mastery, sales acumen, sales efficiency, and many more.
The reason for this letter is to educate writers like yourself that we want to protect our trademark, since we don't want to risk Selling Power being declared by the courts a generic word. Therefore we ask you not to use Selling Power as a phrase since it is our legal trademark.
We would like to receive a written acknowledgment of this letter stating that you will in the future identify Selling Power as a trademark if you should write about our magazine, and not use Selling Power as a phrase. If we do not hear from you, we will need to take further action.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
All the best,
